Thorough inspection of granules, and other input raw materials according to set parameters along with inspection of vendor declaration/certificate of analysis for each batch
Film size, gauge, density, transparency, opacity, strength, slipping, opening, ratio of extrusion, die gap, recipe customised according to each individual job parameters. All aspects of the film are checked at this stage initially and approved for further extrusion.
Printing registration, depth, pantone matching, running speeds, viscosity are all monitored throughout the printing of every job according to job card and printing process parameter of that job.
Rewinding with misprints, faults, errors, size, gauge variations is removed from every package / roll before converting / final packaging with minimum joints. All joints are flagged with a clearly visible paper and noted down in travel card for informing the next processing area.
